Common After Sales Queries
Once the defective unit is received at our service center, the average repair time is 7-10 business days, excluding transit time. We prioritize critical failures.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects, component failures not caused by misuse, and dead pixels exceeding our standard threshold. Physical damage, water damage, or incorrect installation are generally not covered.
The customer is responsible for shipping the defective unit to our facility. If the repair is covered under warranty, we will cover the return shipping cost back to you.
