Product & Pre-Sale

Enbon products follow international quality and safety standards including CE, RoHS, EMC, FCC, and ETL (for selected series). All materials, LEDs, power systems, and structural components undergo strict quality inspections before shipment.

Every order goes through a multi-stage quality control process:


  • LED module aging test (≥48 hours)

  • Cabinet aging test (≥72 hours)

  • Full-screen aging and calibration

  • Brightness and grayscale uniformity verification

  • Waterproof, anti-UV, heat dissipation tests for outdoor series

    A full QC report is available upon request.

Enbon supports multiple installation methods, including:


  • Wall-mounted fixed installation

  • Hanging truss structure

  • Floor-standing or base-mounted frames

  • Curved, concave, convex setups

  • Customized frames for architectural integration

    We also provide professional steel structure drawings and load-bearing calculations for engineering teams.

Our after-sales service includes:


  1. Technical diagnosis via video call, remote login, or system monitoring

  2. Free spare parts within warranty

  3. Module, power supply, receiving card replacement guides

For projects above a certain scale, Enbon will include 10–15% spare modules, plus extra power supplies and receiving cards. Spare parts are labeled per cabinet to ensure consistency in brightness and color uniformity.
