Every order goes through a multi-stage quality control process:
LED module aging test (≥48 hours)
Cabinet aging test (≥72 hours)
Full-screen aging and calibration
Brightness and grayscale uniformity verification
Waterproof, anti-UV, heat dissipation tests for outdoor series
A full QC report is available upon request.

For projects above a certain scale, Enbon will include 10–15% spare modules, plus extra power supplies and receiving cards. Spare parts are labeled per cabinet to ensure consistency in brightness and color uniformity.
